Βιολογία και οικολογία θαλάσσιων αγγειοσπέρµων και µακροφυκών, ευτροφισµός, διαχείριση παράκτιων οικοσυστηµάτων Εφαρµογή των Οδηγιών 1992/43, 2000/60 και 2008/56 στην Μεσόγειο.
