Η ∆ρ. Αλεξάνδρα Παυλίδου έχει συµµετάσχει σε περισσότερα από 60 διεθνή και εθνικά ερευνητικά προγράµµατα και έχει περισσότερες από 120 δηµοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή περιοδικά και διεθνή και ελληνικά συνέδρια µε κρίση.

Είναι Τομεάρχης Χημείας του Ι.Ω. , Υπεύθυνη Ποιότητας και Προϊσταµένη του διαπιστευµένου κατά ISO 17025 (αρ. πιστ. 366) εργαστηρίου θρεπτικών αλάτων
