Ερευνητικό Έργο:
Συµµετοχή σε: 47 εθνικά ερευνητικά προγράµµατα και 17 διεθνή, στα 38 ως συντονίστρια ή υπεύθυνος έργου.
Συντονισµός 15ετούς προγράµµατος παρακολούθησης, 1 κοινοτικής δράσης σε εθνικό επίπεδο (WFD, Intercalibration), υπεύθυνος έργου για το ζωοβένθος σε πάνω από 30 προγράµµατα. Υπεύθυνος για τα Παράκτια Ύδατα στο πρόγραµµα εφαρµογής της Οδηγίας Πλαίσιο για τα Ύδατα (ΟΠΥ, 200/60), ΕΛΚΕΘΕ/ΕΚΒΥ (ΥΠΕΧΩ∆Ε). 25ετής εµεμπειρία στην συστηµατική µακροασπονδύλων και στην εκτίµηση της κατάστασης βενθικών βιοκοινωνιών, οικολογική ποιότητα, ανάπτυξη δεικτών και μετρικών μεθόδων.
